Sending it out there

As you may well imagine, I’ve had a rough time of it again lately, because I haven’t been blogging. I’m chatty like that. Heh.

Around 3 PM on Wednesday I was resting, resting, mind you, when I had a migraine spike to level 9 that took me by surprise, especially since I had been having a relatively great week, not counting Monday. Suffice it to say, that particular spike lasted through the night into the next day, until I went to sleep last night, ice, moist heat, Migranal, you name it, it didn’t break until bedtime. So I was looking forward to a good full night’s sleep.

Ah, but no. I woke up at 10 PM, shivering, and turned on the heat and put on a sweater. Fortunately that time was able to get back to sleep. Then woke up and wasn’t able to get back to sleep from about 2:45 AM until about 4:00. I was able to stay pretty calm about it, because my headache had broken finally. So that helped.

Dog tired now, if Chipper will forgive me, and I’m sure he will, because he was a bit draggity on walkies this morning as well. Hangin in and thankful that it broke. Fingers are so crossed for the art mixer tomorrow night. I went by and got more Migranal samples, just in case, at the doctor yesterday after I got the B12 shot for my anemia or whatever.

May do a little painting today, unsure.

Didn’t get approved for Kickstarter. That’s okay, their prerogative. Fingers crossed for these other two grants, which we hear about in early and late May. I’ve done my best to get funding for the project and have to let it go now. Sent out some feelers for Rebekah’s Closet this week as well, and Jason sent our music out to some folks.
