Wild Peony IV – III

Such intricate, detailed, fun, but strange dreams last night. I got up at seven am so I would cease having them. Otherwise slept well.

Jason let me open one of my presents early: two toasty cotton tweedy turtlenecks in brown and grey that I can machine wash. These are like gold to me because of the latter fact. I have all these nice wool sweaters I bought back in the day not thinking of the cost to dry clean them. Ack! Not that I don’t still wear them, but they are that much more special — I have to save them up for the coldest days, when it’s in the teens outside, to justify the expense. Not these babies. Whee! Thank you Jason! Merr Christmas — Early!

I’m also to the Christmas cards in earnest the next few days lest they not get there by Christmas at all! Oh my!

Back from counseling now — productive session — we shake our heads in disbelief at what was done — and carry on —

Back to the cards for now — whew! and now to paint — fun!

It seems to be taking flight. It also reminds me of places where I have numb vs. fiery synapses … hmmm …

I’m going to keep painting for a little while longer, I think with a special deep rose and maybe some chocolate? not sure at all where this is headed. Hang in there with me. I know it’s all light right now and I like it, too. Hmmm. Not sure at all. But I wanted to give you all a looksee.
