Wild Peony V – V

I hope everyone had a lovely holiday celebrating what they enjoy most about it, with their loved ones!

Above is where I am with the painting at the moment. I’m liking how bright and flower-feeling, Nature-feeling it is. It now reminds me of a mix between Latin and Asian art. ? I’m just trying to stay open to where it is taking me. Yay!

I worked for a good while before the holiday to get the 6 x 9, paperback or print version of Rebekah’s Closet out to folks who might want to read it, who don’t have a Kindle, but to no avail as of yet. I am an imbedded font issue away from having that resolved and out.  So that is my next task.

We have had a productive morning and you know laundry and things have to get done, too so even the chicken stew Jason is making now is laying the groundwork before music can happen, either. These are all part of the creative process at home. Hee. No, for real.

As much as I want to paint now before the light streams across the canvas. The light is perfect for painting at noon. But right now is the time I have available for working on the font issue. I’ll paint later. Agh … says the painter, inspired.

Well now they are reviewing it for some trim issue, and it lost its page numbers. It feels closer, though. I had to set the price to $16.99. Eep! They are expensive to make. Wow.

Now I can paint for a little bit and then I need to rest, big time. There is something wrong with my right ankle, a tendon under the middle outer side of my right foot. Kind of limping and not sure why and what for. (?) So see the physical therapist on Friday.

Painting time!

That took some figuring out, to go palest yellow and more green at the end there. She is finitti, but you are first to know. I’m going to rest now. ZZZZZZZ
