Physical therapy went so well today! For the second time, my lower back needed no adjustments, so she released me from further therapy! Mwah! What a relief and a success! I’ll continue with my series of exercises which got me this far and my core should get even stronger over time.
Yesterday I soooo didn’t want to do my exercises, because my back was hurting, but I did, and my back felt better. So I’m glad I did! Yay!
I’ve spent the rest of the morning entering paintings into my NEWly created FM Pro database for the inventory of my paintings — yo! I love my new database and its ease of use and everything. I love FM Pro. More than ever. It took about 30-45 minutes to set it up using the Inventory template and creating about seven new fields, etc. a new layout for me.
Today I offered up my sketchbook, the only one I really ever created, in 1993, of 4 x 5 inch, watercolor, tiny paintings, fifteen of them — to a favorite gallery of mine. We shall see. I still also have the itty palette I created them with. Hee.
Now I’m on hold with Anthem Blue Cross to see why they haven’t paid the hospital or my surgeon yet. sigh …
Then to paint!
Well, after an hour ! on hold I have resolved a) that the hospital was paid in LARGE on May 8th and the surgeon (nor the anesthesiologist) was/were NOT paid because the insurance company did not process the certificate of prior insurance coverage that we a) had to provide before the surgery could be arranged in January, and b) that I faxed again on March 15th!!!! ARgh!
Time to PAINT! !
This one is worth seeing up close — wish you were here — wish I was there …
