Ahhh, this is one of my favorite times in life, plus Chipper has followed me into the studio! I love seeing the laundry hanging to dry, especially the light loads. Hee. You can also see Okefenokee I on its side, waiting to be edged out.
Now this is the salsa bed upon which the chicken breasts will cook, this time sans peppers, just a tiny few shakes of chili powder and red chili flakes. Because my abdomen is still so upset … but you can see the cilantro, onion, garlic, and two types of tomato?
Thank you, dear sweet chickens, for being our dinner this week … I squeezed half a fresh lime on top of them, sprinkled Himalayan pink salt, and fresh cracked smoked black pepper. Pretty shi shi, eh, but it’s what is in the pantry … the house is starting to smell really nice now … time to make the rest of the fresh salsa with which the roasted chicken and veggies will be served.
I had physical therapy this morning and boy was I all out of whack. She knew just what was up with the numbness, blueness, in my left big toe. That sounds funny, but it was beginning to scare me. She made the middle of my back pop four times with one adjustment and what a relief it was. She said that was from all the coughing. I feel much better now, spine-wise. She pretty much left my shoulder blade alone, though. Thankfully.
I have pain level 7 abdomen cramps, still with the respiratory congestion. ARgh. Hangin in. Chop chop.
