Well, that was fun, eh? It took some figuring out, like a puzzle, but I enjoyed the experience of completing the painting and look forward to more Chilean Marble Caves, I must say.
I do however want to pull out some of those old film photos and get them up on the web as well this month before the month she is gone. Just saying. The months they come and go and … well, you know.
Hey, I was in the hospital over the weekend, which is why I was quiet as a mouse. Can’t really go into it, but I was and have the bruises in the all the right IV places to prove it. I’m okay though, which is what counts after all, yes? Yes. That’s what I’ve decided as well.
Today I’m quite colorful, wearing a cobalt blue knit somewhat 1880s-style neckline dress from Anthropologie, very drapey, with blue Czech crystal necklace and bracelet — YARD SALE finds I say are the best, no, finding out later that they are Czech crystal and having loved them just for the sea blue green color anyway — that’s the best. They happen to go well with the current painting series, btw. Just realized that.
Hey, well, I went in to Passion Nail for a much-needed pedi and she said “What color?” and I said “Crazy Red” and I picked out two deeeeeep reds and she found this clear red that is perfect beyond perfect. Nice. Glossy. Done.
I get my much-needed haircut again on Wednesday. Hooray.
Well for now that’s all the news that’s fit to print. I have a terrific (?) headache and need to tend to that. Take care until next time.
