Undersea Clouds II – III

DSC_4250Making progress slowly but steadily with Blue. There is a technique that I use, to it. I’m sure anyone would come up with their own to fill the forms. But I fill in with one inch dashes at a time then fill that in, in shapes that interest me, as I go, like telling a visual story, that no one will ever see. Oh, the mystery!

Cold and rainy day, today. Didn’t want to go to counseling but it was a nice drive, actually and a productive, venting visit.

No writing so far, just rested and focused on my breath and getting muscle groups to chill the hell out. That takes the time, and then they freak out again. No, chill the hell out.

What I said.

Back to resting now, but hoping to write after resting a bit? We shall see. Hoping to write some every day from now on, as I do try to do visual art/paint every day.

Read Amen to Butterflies poem today by Pedro Mir, 1913-2000, of the Dominican Republic. Oh, hey. Wow. Check it out. Somehow if you can do so.

Otherwise am meditating on beaches: Lanai? Kauai? Yes.
